Apple And Cinnamon Overnight Oats Recipe

Overnight Oats are perfect for a quick, easy breakfast on the go. This tasty breakfast will keep you filled up all morning, tastes aaamazing and only takes minutes to whip up! PLUS cinnamon has a number of impressive health benefits including regulating blood sugar levels and reducing heart disease risk factors! 

Ingredients:

50g Organic oats

250ml Coconut or Oat Milk

1 apple - grate 1/2 and slice the other half

1 tbsp honey or maple syrup

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tbsp flaxseed

handful pecans

Method:

Add all the ingredients (apart from the apple and pecans) to a mason jar or any other storage container putting the dry ingredients in first. If you don't have a jar you can layer the ingredients into a bowl and wrap the bowl with clingfilm and pop it in the fridge.

Once you're done do not shake! Just seal the jar and refrigerate overnight. When ready to eat, shake the jar to combine the ingredients or stir the ingredients in a bowl. Top wth the sliced apple and pecans, drizzle a little more honey or maple syrup on top and enjoy!
