Cecconi's at Soho Beach House Miami

When you travel often for work, it can be difficult to find somewhere to have lunch meetings or somewhere to stop for a coffee and to sit with your laptop.

On a recent trip to Miami we found the perfect meeting spot, Cecconi's  that also happens to be extremely photogenic (and we'd do anything for the perfect picture for the 'gram!)

Most impressively it’s housed in a gorgeously designed courtyard of Soho Beach House Miami, with vines overhead and beautiful patterned floors. Granted that Soho House is the ultimate creative travellers hub, but Cecconi's is somewhere you can visit even if you're not a member of Soho House.

You'll instantly fall in love with the menu. Lots of seafood, sharing plates, pasta and pizza.

The beef tartare and the Burrata are not to be missed. The beef tartare was light and came with a raw quail’s egg yolk. It's not too spicy so it's perfect for a lunch meeting.

The Burrata was very colourfully served, with avocado, vine tomatoes and gorgeous beetroot!

Despite the hot weather, sometimes you just need something substantial like a pizza. The N’duja and Egg plant pizza is a great sharing option. Egg plant translates as Aubergine in Britain, which does sound like a weird combo on pizza but it adds to that sweet but smoky taste of the n’duja.

It's the side salad of dreams: butter lettuce with goddess dressing and avocado.

If you can't manage dessert, then sip on a coffee and get out your laptop to get a little work done.

The biggest plus? It's a stone’s throw from the white sands and turquoise Atlantic Ocean. Once you've finished work for the day head back to the beach and soak up some glorious sunshine. You know what they say...work hard, play hard!
